Summer in Chicago: Millenium Park Workouts

 

Working out doesn´t have to be a dreadful task. Enjoy a relaxing yoga class while you work on your tan or spice up your day with some Zumba! Every Saturday at Millenium Park you can enjoy a fun new work out, the complete workout schedule for the season is as follows:


June 9 – 30
7 am – Tai Chi: Stirling Tai Chi Society
8 am – Yoga: Chicago Park District
9 am – Pilates: Frog Temple
10 am – Zumba: TEAMiFIT

7 am – Tai Chi: TAI CHI Calm Chicago with Hillary Johnson
8 am – Yoga: Lani Granum
9 am – Pilates: Core Chicago Pilates
10 am – Zumba: Diane Garvey and Regina Mundt
